Mechanics:

1. The promotion starts on May 28, 2025, at 12:01 AM, and ends on July 15, 2025, at 11:59 PM.
2. This promotion is open to all 7-Eleven customers, and CliQQ App users of the Philippines (Philippine Seven Corporation) with complete contact info. (Customers must update their profile- First Name, Last Name, valid Email Address, and Birthday, through the app (icon found on the upper left. If you wish to update your home address go to Settings.)
3. A customer can avail his/her choice of City Cafe Medium, City Prima Large, or GULP Large destination cup(s). A purchase of City Cafe Medium, City Prima Large, or Gulp Large destination cup will add to the poll of favorite local destinations. A customer who can’t choose or is feeling adventurous can avail City Cafe Iced Coffee mystery cup and get a chance to win at any of the destinations.
4. 7-Eleven Cliqq App user can join the promo by presenting their Cliqq barcode during purchase to earn them the raffle entry
5. For non-CLiQQ users, customers scan the printed QR code on the cup and enters the EsCUPades website. City Cafe Iced Coffee buyers can scan provided barcode on the machine in store for CIty Cafe Iced Coffee and enters the EsCupades website
6. Non-CLiQQ customers register the raffle entry in the website https://www.711escupades.com/.
7. Non-CLiQQ customers are required to input his/her name, address, contact information, and receipt picture to qualify. Multiple registration and upload of the same receipt automatically cancels the entry qualification. Multiple individuals uploading the same receipt will disqualify the entries all together.
   • Non- CLiQQ users – 1 cup per receipt = 1 e-raffle entry, CLiQQ Users – 1 cup per receipt = 2 e-raffle entries.
     • For both EsCupades website and CLiQQ app entry, City Cafe Iced Coffee buyers will be awarded with only one entry per purchase that enables them to be part of all the destination raffles.
8. A customer can enter as many different entries with unique proof of purchase(s) (receipts) as they want. One entry-one receipt policy will be enforced.
9. Customers who use CLiQQ App during the transaction of City Cafe Medium, City Prima Large, or GULP Large destination cup may refer to their CLiQQ App account. Every transaction will award them 2 e-raffle entries. (*excluding City Cafe Iced Coffee purchase that is awarded with only one entry)
10. A winning Customer must present two (2) valid government ID, original receipt, and registered mobile number used during the entry registration upon claiming. Duplicated receipts will not be accepted.
11. Only raffle entry(s) and CLiQQ App e-raffle entries submitted until July 15, 2025, 11:59 PM shall qualify for the e-raffle draw.
12. Participants can only win once. In case the name is drawn more than once, the prize with the higher value will be rewarded.
13. Promotion is open to all residents of the Philippines above 13 years of age except employees and family members of Philippine Seven Corporation, Franchisees, Suppliers, and Agencies including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity.
14. Prizes include:
    • Round-trip airfare to Japan, Switzerland, Mongolia, or South Korea for four, economy class only.
    • Accommodation of our choice for four. Room type will depend on availability of the chosen resort.
    • 100,000 pesos pocket money to the winner of the highest voted winter destination
15. Details of the travel and accommodation will be handled by Philippine Seven Corporation accredited travel agency. Any resulting fees from changes in the aforementioned items by the winner will be handled by the winner. Winners will be endorsed to the accredited travel agency.
16. The duration of the prize is strictly four (4) days only (4 days, 3 nights including travel time). Any extensions and related expenses will be shouldered by the winner.
17. Winners below 18 years old should be accompanied by their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) to travel complete with proper legal forms complaint to the Philippine government mandated travel requirements be witnessed by a DTI representative at Philippine Seven Corporation, 7th floor The Columbia Tower, Ortigas Ave. Mandaluyong City.
18. Draw will be held on August 5, 2025 (14 working days after the end of the promo) at 3pm and will be witnessed by a DTI representative at Philippine Seven Corporation, 7th floor at The Columbia Tower, Ortigas Ave. Mandaluyong City.
19. Names drawn will be subject to verification by Philippine Seven Corporation. The list of the verified winners will be released once the verification has been made.
20. Winners shall be notified through telephone and via registered mail and email.
21. Philippine Seven Corporation reserves the right to suspend the release of items or void any e-raffle entry should misrepresentation or fraud be proven.
22. Philippine Seven Corporation reserves the right to disclose and publish names, photos, and other information of the winners of the said promo in the official Facebook page, Instagram account, TikTok page and website of 7-Eleven Philippines.
23. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to hold Philippine Seven Corporation and its promo agency free and harmless from any loss, expense, cost, claims, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the program caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the prize.
24. To claim prizes, winners must present the letter of notification from Philippine Seven Corporation together with two (2) valid IDs (IDs with a picture on them): Passport, Driver’s License, SSS or GSIS ID, Postal, Voter’s ID, NBI Clearance or Company ID. Winners below 18 years old should be accompanied by a parent/guardian with valid I.D.s.
25. Prizes can be claimed at the 7-Eleven Head Office (7th Floor Columbia Tower Building, Ortigas Avenue, Mandaluyong City).
26. Provincial Winners may claim their prize at any Regional Office.
27. Prizes unclaimed sixty (60) days after receipt of notification will be forfeited in favor of Philippines Seven Corporation with prior approval of DTI.
28. 20% Tax on prizes exceeding 10,000.00 shall be shouldered by the winner. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
29. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
