Slurp, Bite & Jam Music Fest
MECHANICS:
- Information on how to join and win the prizes to attend the SLURP, BITE & JAM: Slurpee x Big Bite Music Fest on July 11, 2024 at the SM Seaside Concert Grounds, Cebu City (“Event”) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- Promo starts on June 12, 2024 12:01 AM and ends July 9, 2024, 11:59 PM Philippine time (“Promotional Period”).
- This promotion is open to all 7-Eleven customers, and CLiQQ app users of the Philippines (Philippine Seven Corporation) with complete contact info. Customers must update their profile (First Name, Last Name, valid Email Address, and Birthday, through the app icon found on the upper left of the CLiQQ app). If you wish to update your home address go to Settings.)
- Promotion is open to all residents of the Philippines above 13 years of age except employees and family members of Philippine Seven Corporation, Franchisees, Suppliers, and Agencies including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity. Foreigners must be residing in the Philippines for at least two years.
- To be eligible to join the promotion and to claim the Event prizes, individuals must purchase one (1) Large Slurpee of any flavor and one (1) Big Bite brown hotdog only combo.
Participating Items:
6. Participants will earn E-stamp/s through the following channels during the Promotional Period: a. CLiQQ app
- Purchase the participating products and earn two (2) E-stamps when they present their CLiQQ App or Rewards Card (ie. Slurpee Large & Big Bite – 2 e-stamps)
- Purchase participating products to earn e-stamps.
- Visit the promotion’s website www.711slurpbitejam.com to create an account.
- Each participant may only use one (1) account, one (1) email address, and one (1) mobile number. The participant must solely own the said account.
- In case the participant is a minor or below 18 years of age, the minor’s parent or legal guardian must create the account on the minor’s behalf.
- Provide the following details: Full name (as shown in the valid government-issued ID), Complete address, Birth Month and Year, Mobile Number, Email address, and the desired password for the account.
- Log in to www.711slurpbitejam.comand upload the receipt as proof of purchase of the participating items.
- Receipt/s reflecting multiple combos will earn equivalent E-stamps. (e.g. 5 Large Slurpee and 5 Big Bite hotdog = 5 E-stamps). Each receipt may only be entered once.
- Maximum number of E-stamps that can be earned per receipt is capped at 20. Exceeding transactions will not be considered for issuing E-stamp.
- Participants must be logged in to accumulate e-stamp entries. There is no limit to the number of Slurpee and Big Bite combo purchases that may be availed to earn corresponding E-Stamps.
- Participants must upload and enter the proof of purchase receipt within the Promotional Period.
- Verification of entries from the organizer’s third party will determine validity of uploaded receipts.
- 20 E-Stamps = One (1) General Admission Standing ticket
- 35 E-Stamps = One (1) VIP Standing ticket
8. Participants will be eligible to redeem the desired ticket tier once all earned e-stamp entries have been verified.
9. The event organizer will notify the participants through the email address registered in their respective account on the website www.711slurpbitejam.com, with instructions on how to redeem their ticket. The notification email from the event organizer includes the unique ticket redemption code.
10. Participants must use the unique ticket redemption code to claim the ticket during the redemption period from June 12, 2024 to July 9, 2024.
11. Winning participants must redeem their ticket/s online via www.711slurpbitejam.com.
12. The ticket redemption procedures are as follows:
- Visit www.711slurpbitejam.com
- Log in on the account
- Select the event “Slurp, Bite & Jam: Slurpee x Big Bite Music Fest”
- Enter your ticket redemption code
- Select your desired ticket tier
- Participants will receive the e-ticket (QR Code) through the email address registered, that will be used on the day of the event.
13. Interested individuals that are hesitant to purchase the participants items: Direct ticketing purchase can be done.
14. Interested participants can purchase their desired ticket tier by the procedure as follows:
- Visit www.711slurpbitejam.com
- Log in on the account and create an account
- Select the event “Slurp, Bite & Jam: Slurpee x Big Bite Music Fest”
- Select your desired ticket tier
- Click checkout. An email with the 7-Connect Reference number with barcode will be given.
- Payment will be through select 7-Eleven stores nationwide. Just present the barcode.
- Participants will receive the e-ticket (QR Code) through the email address registered after payment, that will be used on the day of the event.
15. Participants who are minors on the day of the Event are required to be accompanied by an adult of legal age (18 years old), who must also have a ticket to the event.
16. The event operates on a first-come, first-served basis with no seating plan, as it’s a standing concert
17. Each ticket is transferable and non-convertible to cash. If the participant is unable to attend the Event due to any reason beyond the control of or not caused by the event organizer, the participant is liable for the disposition of the ticket.
18. On July 11, 2024 or the day of the Event, holders of the e-ticket (QR Code) must line up at the SM Seaside Concert Grounds entrance corresponding to the ticket tier sections. E-ticket must be presented upon entry in the SM Seaside Concert grounds.
19. Released Parties shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising out of the promotion. The event organizer shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to Acts of God, Central and State governmental actions, policies and other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for any such loss.
