MONSTER: WIN VIP FIGHT EXPERIENCE IN JAPAN Promo

A. PROMOTION MECHANICS
  1. The promotion starts on July 4, 12:01 AM, and ends on Aug 28, 2024, 11:59PM (Philippine Time).
  2. Any entry to the Promotion (“Entry”) not received during the Promotion Period shall be automatically disqualified from the participation. Neither the Philippine Seven Corporation nor Monster Energy Company is liable for any lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
B. ELIGIBILITY
  1. “CHANCE TO WIN VIP FIGHT EXPERIENCE IN JAPAN” is open to all Philippine citizens, residents, work permit holders, valid Philippines work pass holders and is valid in the Philippines only.
  2. Only persons aged 20 years old and above are eligible to participate in this promotion.
  3. This promotion is open to both members and non-members of Philippine Seven Corporation’s (7-Eleven Philippines) loyalty program, CLiQQ (formerly Every day! Rewards) and Rewards card holders.
  4. Persons ineligible and excluded from this promotion are: A. Employees of Philippine Seven Corporation (PSC), Coca-Cola Beverages Philippines, Inc. (CCBPI), Monster Energy Company (MEC) and their advertising, fulfillment, and promotion agencies. B. Affiliates and subsidiaries and the immediate families (spouses, and parents, siblings, children and each of their spouses and household members) of each. C. Persons who are prohibited under the laws of their country of citizenship, residency, or domicile to participate in any games of chance and/or skill, or this promotion. 
C. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
  1. Purchase any can of Monster Energy products from any 7-Eleven participating outlets in Philippines during the Promotion Period and stand a chance to win the prizes.
  2. Participants are entitled to one (1) entry for every purchase of 1 can of Monster Energy products in a single receipt (“Proof of Purchase”).

    3. Scan the QR code found at the Tent Card and Chiller Stickers at 7-Eleven Stores and their Facebook page. Follow instructions on site to submit an entry.

    4. Participants must indicate their: First name, last name, address, mobile number, email and upload their receipt image.
    5. Participants are advised to snap a photo of the Proof of Purchase and keep the original Proof of Purchase for record and/or verification purposes.

    6. Each entry shall be subjected to verification by the Promoter and/or its representatives. In the event that details are invalid as determined by the Promoter’s sole discretion, the entry will be disqualified.

    7. You are entitled to one entry for each unique Proof of Purchase.

D. PRIZES


  1. Prizes at stake:

E. Philippine Seven Corporation reserves the right to suspend release of items or void any e-raffle entry should misrepresentation or fraud be proven.

F. Names drawn will be subject to initial verification by Philippine Seven Corporation and will be announced after.

G. Winners will be notified by their registered mail and email, SMS or phone call. A notification letter shall be sent to the email address of the winners, specifying the details of how to claim the Prizes. Winners MUST submit the Proof of Purchase for the prize collection.

H. The draw of prize winners will be on Sept. 5, 2024.

I. The draw of prize winners will take place at Philippine Seven Corporation’s registered business address – 7th Floor, Columbia Tower, Mandaluyong City. And claiming will take place at CCBPI’s registered business address – 28th Floor, Six/Neo Bldg. 5th Ave. Cor 26th St. Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines.

  • In case winner is not from Metro Manila:
      • GRAND PRIZE should be claimed at Philippine Seven Corp.’s Cebu Regional Office (for Visayas), and Davao Regional Office (for Mindanao)

      2. Mindanao Office: 2F Sumo Asia Hotel, Mamay Road, Lanang, Davao City

      MINOR PRIZE: For the minor prize, the gloves will be shipped to the winner’s registered address c/o CCBPI.

    J. Redemption period is until 60 days from receipt of the registered mail.

    K. A participant can only win once. In case a name was drawn more than once, the winner shall get the prize of the higher value.

    L. Winner must present any valid (government issued) ID upon claiming of prize.

    M. BOTH GRAND PRIZE AND MINOR PRIZES ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE

      1. FOR GRAND PRIZE: Winner should possess a Philippine Passport. He/she could choose if he/she would like to redeem the VIP Fight Package or choose to convert it to 5000 USD. (value of ticket and accomodation)

      2. In case the winner transfers the prize to his/her selected person, the selected person could not convert the prize into cash.

      3. CCBPI will shoulder the 20% tax for prizes that will exceed P10,000.

      4. Winner will shoulder the travel-related tax, visa, and other expenses.

      5. The promoter should draw another winner in case the initial winner does not meet the requirements.

      6. FOR MINOR PRIZES: The minor prize which is the Monster MMA Gloves, could not be converted to cash.

    N. All entries (including the Proofs of Purchase) submitted shall be the property of the Promoter and will not be returned.

    O. The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
