ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRY MECHANICS:

  1. Entry is only open to residents of the Philippines aged 18 years or older during thePromotional Period.
  2. To enter, participants must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
    • Purchase any bottle from the Jack Daniel’s Family of Brands (“Participating Products” as defined below) at any Participating Outlet.
    • Scan the entry QR code located on the promo materials to access the entry form. The QR code will lead participants to: jackupthevolume-ph.jackdaniels.com
    • Complete the entry form located at the URL above with the requisite information and attach a photo of the receipt as proof of purchase.
    • Each Participating Product purchased provides the participant with one opportunity to enter the Promotion. Receipts for multiple bottle purchases may be used for the corresponding number of eligible entries.
  3. Only fully completed forms will be accepted. Incomplete entry forms will automatically be disqualified.
  4. Final submission of entries will be on February 15, 2025, 23:59 (PHT)

NUMBER OF ENTRIES:

Participants can submit multiple entries for the entire Promotional Period. Each purchase of a Participating Product at a Participating Outlet will provide the consumer with one opportunity to enter the Promotion.  


PRIZES:

  • Grand Prize Winners:
    • One (1) Winner for a Trip for two (2) to the music festival in Tokyo, Japan
    • The Sponsor will book and pay for the prize as agent for the prize-winner and their guest, who agree to be bound by any terms imposed by third parties including, without limitation, any relevant tour operator.
    • The Prize must be used during the concert period of July 2025 (TBC). The Sponsor reserves the right to select alternative winners, should the original winner and guest not validate all.
  • Major Prizes:
    • One (1) winners of JD Branded Macbook Air M3
    • One (1) winners of JD Branded Apple Ipad Air 2024
    • One (1) winners of JD Branded Apple Airpods Max
    • One (1) winners of JD Branded Marshall Kilburn II Bluetooth Speakers
    • One (1) winners of JD Branded Motorino Turntables
  • Winners will be announced via Facebook Page of 7-Eleven and GPI will contact the winners via email or mobile.
  • Grand Draw for the Main Prize Winners will be on March 15, 2025.
 

SELECTION OF WINNERS:

  1. The electronic draws for each Participating Outlet will take place at Global Procurement Inc., 413 Escolta St.,Binondo Manila.
  2. Entrants can only win once. Should an entrant be drawn more than once at any Participating Outlet, the prize with the higher value will be awarded and the prize of lower value offered to the reserve winner drawn after the winner.
  3. Grand Prize Winners: Winners must confirm their identity via email on or before March 10, 2025. Winners should also check their spam folder for the email, from March 10, 2025 onwards
  4. Minor and Runner up prize winners: Winners must confirm their identity via email on or before March 15, 2025. Winners should also check their spam folder for the email confirmation.
  5. Major Prizes will be arranged by GPI through awarding at Philippine Seven Corporation’s Head Office at 7th Floor, the Columbia Tower, Ortigas Avenue, Mandaluyong City
  6. Subject to clause 7 below, if for any reason a winner does not take the prize (or an element of the prize) by/at the time stipulated, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited, and the value of the prize will be donated to a charity selected by Brown-Forman Worldwide, L.L.C., Philippines Branch at its sole discretion.
  7. THE PRIZE, OR ANY UNUSED PORTION OF THE PRIZE, IS NOT TRANSFERABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE, AND CANNOT BE TAKEN AS CASH.
  8. Brown-Forman Worldwide, L.L.C., Philippines Branch, Global Procurement Inc., 413 Escolta St.,Binondo Manila, and its representatives reserve the right to draw reserve winners to replace any winner found to be ineligible, unable to collect the prize or is otherwise disqualified with a reserve winner.
  9. Brown-Forman Worldwide, L.L.C., Philippines Branch, Global Procurement Inc., 413 Escolta St.,Binondo Manila, and its representatives assume no responsibility for lost, misdirected, damaged, incomplete or illegible entry forms.
  10. Winners will be solely responsible for all local and other taxes that may arise in connection to the prizes.
  11. Winners are bound by these Official Rules. Winners who fail to comply with the Official Rules of this Promotion will be disqualified.
  12. Employees and representatives of Brown-Forman Worldwide, L.L.C., Philippines Branch, Global Procurement Inc., 413 Escolta St.,Binondo Manila and their respective affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies, the contest judging organizations, suppliers, local liquor authorities, the BFC spirits distribution companies or a member of the immediate family or household of any of the above are not eligible to join or win in this Promotion.
  13. Entrants consent to the Sponsor using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Sponsor.
  14. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
  15. Nothing in these Official Rules limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the laws and regulations of Philippines, as well as any other implied warranties thereunder or similar consumer protection laws in Philippines (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Sponsor and the McLaren F1 Team (including its respective officers, employees and agents) are not responsible for and exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Sponsor’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Sponsor) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) taking/use of and/or participation in the prize.
  16. As a condition of accepting a prize, the winner (and his/her companion) may be required to sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Sponsor and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
  17. The Sponsor collects personal information (“PI”) in order to conduct the Promotion. By providing the Sponsor with your PI, you consent that any or all of the PI submitted by you may be held and used by the Sponsor and other companies within the Sponsor’s group of companies or the Sponsor’s agents, partners or licensees, to contact you in relation to the Promotion and as otherwise set out in the Sponsor’s privacy policy, which is available at https://legal.brown-forman.com/privacy-policy/english.
