Mechanics:

1. The promotion starts on December 25, 2024 12:01 AM, and ends on January 21, 2025, 11:59 PM (Philippine Time).
2. This promotion is open to both members and non-members of Philippine Seven Corporation’s (7-Eleven Philippines) loyalty program: CLiQQ (formerly Every Day! Rewards) and CLiQQ Rewards cardholders.
3. CLiQQ users must ensure that their profiles are up to date (First Name, Last Name, valid Email Address, and Birthday) through the app (icon found on the upper left). If you wish to update your home address, go to Profile > Settings. However, if you wish to update your Birthday, please email loyaltysupport@7-eleven.com.ph.
4. Promotion is open to all residents of the Philippines at least 13 years of age except employees and family members of Philippine Seven Corporation, Franchisees, Suppliers, and Agencies including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity. Foreigners must be residing in the Philippines for at least two years.
5. Participants:
   • CLiQQ members can join the Hershey’s On Board Giant Flights E-Raffle Promo when they buy the Hershey’s Giant Bar worth PHP 999.00 or any Hershey’s product/s worth PHP 100.00 at any 7-Eleven Store nationwide and submit their entries through the promo website found in the in-store mini tent cards and social media posts. CLiQQ users will be asked to input the mobile number linked to their respective CLiQQ accounts. 
   • Non-CLiQQ members can join the Hershey’s On Board Giant Flights E-Raffle Promo when they buy the Hershey’s Giant Bar worth PHP 999.00 or any Hershey’s product/s worth PHP 100 at any 7-Eleven Store nationwide where they will need to register on the promo website. Non-CLIQQ customers are required to scan the QR code found in the in-store mini tent cards and social media, then input their Name, Date of Birth, E-Mail Address, Contact Number, Address, Location and receipt picture to qualify. The first individual to upload the receipt will be qualified; however, if multiple individuals upload the same receipt, all entries will be disqualified. Non-CLiQQ customers can enter as many different entries as possible with unique proof of purchase/receipt.

6.  Customers who use CLiQQ app and non-CLiQQ customers will earn the following E-Raffle entries: 

• CLiQQ app member: 30 ENTRIES: Hershey’s Giant 1-pound bar worth PHP 999.00, 2 ENTRIES: Any participating Hershey’s product/s worth PHP 100.00

• Non-CLiQQ app member: 15 ENTRIES: Hershey’s Giant 1-pound bar worth PHP 999.00, 1 ENTRY: Any participating Hershey’s product/s worth PHP 100.00

7. Only raffle entry(ies) submitted through the promo website on January 21, 2025, 11:59 PM shall qualify for the E-Raffle draw.

8. Prizes at stake:

• 1 Winner of 3 Days 2 Nights trip for two to Coron, Palawan.
  • Accommodation with Breakfast, Roundtrip Flight and P10,000 Pocket Money

• 20 Winners each week for 4 weeks of PHP 500 worth 7-Eleven CLiQQ credits

9. 20 winners per week will each receive a PHP 500 7-Eleven CLiQQ credits. Winners will be drawn every week from December 25, 2024, to January 21, 2025.

10. The Grand Draw will be held at the Philippine Seven Corporation office located on the 7th floor, The Columbia Tower, Ortigas Avenue, Mandaluyong City on February 7, 2025, at (specified time) and will be witnessed by a DTI FTEB representative.

11. Participants can only win once per draw date. In case a name is drawn more than once in a draw date, the prize with the higher value will be rewarded

12. Names drawn will be subject to initial verification by Philippine Seven Corporation and will be announced after.

13. Philippine Seven Corporation has the right not to disclose the winners if security reasons permit.

14. Philippine Seven Corporation reserves the right to suspend the release of items or void any eRaffle entry should misrepresentation or fraud be proven.

15. Prizes shall be claimed at the 7th Floor, The Columbia Tower, Ortigas Avenue, Mandaluyong City. Provincial winners may claim at any regional office.

16. Winners will be notified through telephone, registered mail, and email for final verification and for the details of the prize redemption.

17. Winners must present the letter of notification from Global Venture Promotion and Marketing Services together with two (2) valid IDs (IDs with pictures on them): Company ID and TIN ID for final verification.

18. Prizes unclaimed sixty (60) days after notification will be forfeited in favor of Philippine Seven Corporation with prior approval from DTI.

19. The trip prize must be availed within 1 year from date of claim. Prizes are transferable but cannot be converted to cash. Hershey’s will shoulder the 20% tax on prizes that will exceed P100,000.

20. Philippine Seven Corporation reserves the right to disclose and publish names, photos, and other information of the winners in any mode or manner, as they deem appropriate.

21. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to hold Philippine Seven Corporation and its promo agency free and harmless from any loss, expense, cost, claims, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the program caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the prize.

22. In the event that the winner chooses not to accept a prize or any element thereof, they forfeit any claims to that prize, which can then be awarded to another participant chosen at the sole discretion of Philippine Seven Corporation with the approval of DTI.

23. Philippine Seven Corporation reserves the right to disclose and publish names, photos, and other information of the winners in any mode or manner, as they deem appropriate.
