“PSC honors its franchisees in “7-Eleven Franchise Day 2017”

(PSC), the local exclusive licensor of 7-Eleven convenience store chain brand, proudly honored its top performing franchisees at its recent Franchise Appreciation Day.

The annual recognition puts prime importance in partners’ invaluable support to 7-Eleven’s undisputed edge over competition in the C-store category.  Via two separate awarding events  that celebrated the theme “Go Beyond, Together”,  PSC, led by its Chairman Jose Victor Paterno, hailed  the top performing franchisees from the North and South Luzon areas for their leadership and exceptional contribution to overall company progress.

Both recognition ceremonies awarded their overall top 30 performing franchisees based on 7-Eleven’s metrics. Also, North and South Luzon franchise day recognized 28 and 24 franchisees respectively, that excelled on different areas of their key performance index.

In totality, Ms. Gloria F. Quiroz, was hailed as the most outstanding franchise of the year for North Luzon and for South Luzon, Mr. Danilo Damo, hailed as the Franchisee of the year for South Luzon.

Present at the events were Waldo Theodore Abad Santos  (Franchise Advisory Council Chairperson), Franklin Cas (South franchise representative), Kim Aclaro (South NCR Representative), Emma Nucum (South Luzon Zone Manager),Viviene Chu (North NCR representative), Ronald Christian Uy (North franchise representative), Reyna Saycon (North Luzon Zone Manager), Emma Nucum (South Luzon Zone Manager), Whallie Fernandez (Operations Department, Unit Head), Lawrence De Leon (Finance Department, Unit Head), Ruben Par (Operations Division Section Manager), Michelle Saludes (General Merchandise Section Manager), Francis Medina (PSC Business Development Division Head) and Jose Ang  Jr. (PSC General Merchandise Division Head), Mr. Jose Victor Paterno (CEO and President of 7-Eleven), Mr. Richard Lee (Marketing Director), Mr. Jacquie Lai (Operations Director) and other 7-Eleven officials.

According to Franchise Advisory Council Chairperson Waldo Theodore Abad Santos, the solid support, trust, and commitment by the franchisees in the said territories immensely contributed to the success of the franchise system.  “As with the previous years, this year’s awardees from North and South Luzon are chosen and fittingly acknowledged for displaying consistent management performance and sales achievements in their franchise business operations.”

Abad Santos said that through the Franchise Day Awards, they hope to build better rapport between franchisees and support group and to inspire fellow franchisees to reach the same aspirations as well. “It’s our simple gesture of gratitude to our loyal partners who chose to share the same values and sustainable growth visions with PSC. As we celebrate these collective milestones, we are optimistic in reaching the company target goals by end 2017.”

PSC is set to open more than 400 stores nationwide, specifically in the Luzon (a total of 262, 138 of which will be opening soon in Metro Manila and 124 outlets in provincial areas).
