Mechanics:

1. The promotion starts on July 22, 12:01 AM, and ends on August 25, 2026, 11:59 PM (Philippine Time).
2. This promotion is open to all 7-Eleven customers and CLiQQ app users of the Philippines (Philippine Seven Corporation) with complete contact info. (Customers must update their profile—First Name, Last Name, valid Email Address, and Birthday through the app icon found on the upper left). If you wish to update your home address, go to Settings.)
3. A customer can avail his/her choice of City Cafe Medium Bestie cup(s). A purchase of a City Cafe Medium Bestie cup will add to the poll of favorite activities to do with their Besties. A City Cafe Darren Cup will make a customer get a chance to win a concert ticket. A City Cafe Cassy Cup will make a customer get a chance to win a retail-therapy shopping spree. A City Cafe Miguel Cup will make a customer get a chance to win a dream adventure.
4. 7-Eleven CLiQQ App user can join the promo by presenting their CLiQQ barcode during purchase to earn them the raffle entry
5. E-Raffle Entries Distribution
   1. CLiQQ customers can join the e-Raffle promo by purchasing any Medium City Cafe Bestie Cup in a single transaction at any 7-Eleven store.
   2. CLiQQ customers will have to opt in to join the raffle before being granted a valid entry:
      • To opt in, the customer has to agree to join the raffle and click on the news image of the promo they wish to join / participate in on the CLiQQ app.
      • Customer Journey in getting e-Raffle entry:
        1. Buy any of the participating items in 7-Eleven store, and have the clerk scan your CLiQQ App barcode to earn an entry
        2. Tick the necessary content box to proceed with the form
        3. Customer needs to fill in the following details: 
           • Complete name (should match with the name registered in the CLiQQ App)
           • Mobile number registered in the CLiQQ App
           • CLiQQ Account number
           • Complete postal address
        4. Submit the consent form and get the valid amount of e-raffle entry/ies within 1-2 days after opting in and completing the survey.
6. For non-CLiQQ users, customers may scan the printed QR code on the cup and enter the Bestie Cups website.
7. Non-CLiQQ customers may register for the raffle entry on the website https://www.711bestiecups.com/ or scan the QR code on the Bestie Cup to enter the website.
8. Non-CLiQQ customers are required to input their names, addresses, contact information, and receipt pictures to qualify. Multiple registrations and uploads of the same receipt automatically cancel the entry qualification. Multiple individuals uploading the same receipt will disqualify the entries all together.
   • Non-CLiQQ users
     • 1 cup per receipt = 1 e-raffle entry 
   • CLiQQ Users
     • 1 cup per receipt = 2 e-raffle entries
9. A customer can enter as many different entries with unique proof of purchase(s) (receipts) as they want. A one entry, one receipt policy will be enforced.
10. Customers who use the CLiQQ App during the transaction of a Medium City Cafe Bestie cup may refer to their CLiQQ App account. Every transaction will award them an e-raffle entry.
11. A winning customer must present two (2) valid government IDs, the original receipt, and the registered mobile number used during the entry registration upon claiming. Duplicated receipts will not be accepted
12. Only raffle entry(ies) and CLiQQ App e-raffle entries submitted until August 25, 2026, 11:59 PM, shall qualify for the e-raffle draw.
13. Participants can only win once. In case the name is drawn more than once, the prize with the higher value will be rewarded.
14. Promotion is open to all residents of the Philippines above 13 years of age except employees and family members of Philippine Seven Corporation, franchisees, suppliers, lessors, and agencies, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity. Foreigners must be residing in the Philippines for at least two years.
15. Prizes include:
    • Cassy Cup: Php 30,000 Pluxee shopping vouchers + personal stylist consultation
    • Darren Cup: Tickets to Post Malone’s concert on September 29 in the Philippine Arena
    • Miguel Cup: HYROX Training in  Lokal Active + Asics Rock n Roll Run
      • **Five (5) Grand winners for each cup are entitled to bring two (2) of their besties or barkadas along for the experience
16. Winners below 18 years old should be accompanied by their parent(s) or legal guardian(s).
17. The draw will be held on September 8, 2026, at 3 pm and will be witnessed by a DTI-FTEB representative at Philippine Seven Corporation, 7th floor, The Columbia Tower, Ortigas Ave., Mandaluyong City.
18. Names drawn will be subject to verification by Philippine Seven Corporation. The list of the verified winners will be released once the verification has been made.
19. Winners shall be notified through telephone and via registered mail and email.
20. Philippine Seven Corporation reserves the right to suspend the release of items or void any e-raffle entry should misrepresentation or fraud be proven.
21. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to hold Philippine Seven Corporation and its promo agency free and harmless from any loss, expense, cost, claims, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the program caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the prize.
22. Philippine Seven Corporation reserves the right to disclose and publish names, photos, and other information of the winners in the official Facebook page and website of 7-Eleven Philippines.
23. To claim prizes, winners must present the letter of notification from Philippine Seven Corporation together with two (2) valid IDs (IDs with a picture on them): Passport, Driver’s License, SSS or GSIS ID, Postal, Voter’s ID, NBI Clearance, or Company ID. Winners below 18 years old should be accompanied by a parent/guardian with valid IDs.
24. Prizes can be claimed at the 7-Eleven Head Office (7th Floor, Columbia Tower Building, Ortigas Avenue, Mandaluyong City).
25. Provincial winners may claim their prize at any regional office.
26. Prizes unclaimed sixty (60) days after receipt of notification will be forfeited in favor of Philippines Seven Corporation with prior approval of DTI.
27. A 20% tax on prizes exceeding 10,000.00 shall be shouldered by the winner. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
28. “In the purchase of goods and services that are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
