It has come to our attention that there has been some confusion regarding the relationship between PHILIPPINE SEVEN CORPORATION (“PSC”), holder of the Philippine Area License to operate and individually franchise 7-ELEVEN convenience stores in the Philippines, and another entity operating under the name 7-ELEVEN ELECTRONIC COMMERCE LIMITED (“7/11 ECL”).

Please be informed that we, PSC, have no connection or any legal relationship with 7/11 ECL. 7/11 ECL is a separate and distinct entity, and any of its e-commerce-related operations, activities, or services are not, in any manner, associated with or affiliated with PSC’s e-commerce business, operations, and services.

Further, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) per SEC Advisory dated 24 October 2023 has informed the public that, “7-ELEVEN ELECTRONIC COMMERCE LIMITED / “7-ELEVEN ELECTRONIC COMMERCE LIMITED- PASSI BRANCH is NOT AUTHORIZED TO SOLICIT INVESTMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC” and is not affiliated with 7-Eleven Convenience Stores or 7-Eleven Philippines, or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates, despite the apparent use of the latter’s logo”. Therefore, we kindly request that the public take note of this clarification to avoid any misunderstanding or confusion. PSC will not be responsible or liable for any transactions, services, or activities conducted with 7/11 ECL or 7/11 ECL-Passi Branch. Hence, we sternly advise the public to conduct due diligence before associating with or relying on any information or claims regarding the relationship of PSC to 7/11 ECL or 7/11 ECL-Passi Branch.
