As  Philippine  Seven  Corporation  celebrates  July  as  the  7-Eleven  Month, the leading convenience store chain 7-Eleven opened its 600th store in McKinley Hill at Bonifacio Global City to demonstrate its continued optimism in the Philippines.

7-Eleven  intends  to  grow  to  1,000  stores  by  2013  through enterprising franchisees,  to  better  serve  the  growing  needs  of Filipino  consumers  for  convenience  in  snacking,  shopping  for  their  immediate household  and  personal  needs,  as  well  as  other convenient services.

The  global  7-Eleven  chain,  now  at  39,000  stores  in  18  countries, makes  it  the  largest  convenience  store  chain in the world.

7-Eleven was bestowed the International Franchise of the Year award thrice in a row, by the Philippine Franchising Association. The company also received Entrepreneur Magazine’s award for Best Foreign Franchise, the Fastest Growing Franchise and the Best in Franchising Support for during the Franchise Awards 2010.
