Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability

The PhilSeven Foundation (PFI) is the corporate social responsibility arm of Philippine Seven Corporation (PSC).

PSC initiated the establishment of PFI on October 2, 2007, to support its corporate social responsibility programs. PFI was granted a certificate of registration by DSWD on August 6, 2010, after completing the 2-year operation requirement. BIR issued a certificate of registration dated December 21, 2011, recognizing PFI as a donee institution, and said certificate of registration was re-issued by BIR last August 10, 2018, which is valid for 3 years. On October 10, 2013, PFI became a member of the League of Corporate Foundations, Inc. On July 08, 2016, DSWD issued a certificate of registration to PFI allowing it to expand its operations from NCR to nationwide which was renewed last April 22, 2019, and is valid for 3 years.

PFI’s Vision, Mission, Goals & Objectives:


Operating the largest convenience store network in the country, PSC can help in sustaining communities in the Philippines. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), through the institution of PFI, became part of PSC’s corporate culture once the Corporation achieved accounting profitability in 1989. The initial beneficiaries of PFI were barangays where its stores are located, giving back to the community where it operates. Its current projects are:

Because of these efforts, PSC was honored by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) with the Salamat Po award, recognizing PSC as Development Partner in the Corporate Institution Category. The award was given to PSC during the celebration of DSWD’s 67th Founding anniversary on March 8, 2018.

PFI has also been recognized with the PaNataKo sa Bayan (PANATA) Award for Best Volunteer by the DSWD for its efforts to reach out to the community.

PFI is also the beneficiary of PSC’s annual events, 7-Eleven Run Series and 7-Eleven Trail Series.
