2. To join the raffle, fill out the raffle ticket with the following details:

3. There will be six (6) weekly draws.

4. Deadline of dropping of entries are as follows:

• 1st Weekly Draw – Jan. 27, 2010 at 11:59 midnight

• 2nd Weekly Draw – Feb. 03, 20010 at 11:59 midnight

• 3rd Weekly Draw – Feb. 10, 2010 at 11:59 midnight

• 4th Weekly Draw – Feb. 17, 2010 at 11:59 midnight

• 5th Weekly Draw – Feb. 24, 2010 at 11:59 midnight

• 6th Weekly Draw – Mar. 02, 2010 at 11:59 midnight

b. Draws will be held on the following dates:

• 4th Weekly Draw – February 19, 2010 at 4:00PM

• 6th Weekly Draw – March 5, 2010 at 4:00PM

5. All draws will be witnessed by a DTI representative and will be held at the CDI Warehouse located at 1008 F. Legaspi Street, Maybunga, Pasig City.

6. A person may only win once and will no longer qualify for succeeding preliminary draws and grand draw. If anyone is drawn more than once in a draw, he/she gets the prize of higher value.

7. Non-winning raffle tickets per weekly draw will still be included in succeeding draws.

8. Winners will be notified through telephone and registered mail.

9. To claim prizes, winners must present the registered mail and 2 valid IDs (ID with picture on it) such as: Passport, Driver’s License, SSS or GSIS ID, Company ID or Postal ID, Voter’s ID, NBI Clearance.

10. All Prizes can be claimed at the 7-Eleven Head Office at 7th floor Columbia Tower, Ortigas Avenue, Mandaluyong City. Provincial winners may claim their Prize at the nearest 7-Eleven outlet identified in the registered mail. Prizes unclaimed sixty (60) days after notification will be forfeited in favor of Philippine Seven Corporation with prior approval of DTI.

11. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash. Validity of prizes (ticket and hotel accommodation) is until December 31, 2010 only and trips are subject to airline seat and accommodation availability.

13. Employees of Philippine Seven Corporation, its agencies and participating outlets including their relatives up to second degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from joining this promo. All winners’ identities are subject to verification.
