“Good working relationship with my co-employees and my bosses makes my life more exciting here at PSC. Plus the chance to work on challenges that has made my world go round and gradually shapes my personality and continually makes me a better person,” John replied with conviction. He started as a Store Accountant and has now climb up being the Financial Planning Specialist A who supervises the Treasury staff. Last 2003, he became one of the 5 Stars of 7-Eleven that gave him the chance to go to Taiwan and showcase his singing and dancing prowess. Even top management of President Chain, PSC’s affiliate watched him sang and danced together with the other 4 Stars. As of his future plans, he wishes to stay with the company for another 2 years. The reason behind this, he says “I’m giving myself a chance to prove that I can reach the supervisory level by doing something good that will benefit the company, myself, and others as well.” He would want to say this to those who would want to follow his foot steps: “If you’re young and aggressive, PSC is an organization where you can start developing your potentials.”

Ruben M. Par

9 years working here at 7-Eleven
Roen, as what everybody calls him, started with the company in 1995 as a Store Clerk and after 4 years, he transferred from Operations to Training and Development Section. From there on, he climbed up the ladder and is presently one of our Training Specialists. His task is to train people and share his knowledge and skills to newly hired employees and to those who will be promoted. He says that working with PSC makes his life exciting because “The company and my colleagues makes me feel that I’m a member of the family.” Furthermore, Roen has been a consistent winner for Employee of the Quarter and was even a candidate for Employee of the Year. It was a close fight between him and the winner. Still, he will stay with PSC as long as the company needs him.
