OFFICIAL STATEMENT REGARDING THE CONCERT AND PROMO
Since the rescheduled date has not been confirmed by the organizers (Divan Media) before the draw date of the promo, we will be giving away one (1) CD of Taylor Swift’s upcoming album, “Speak Now” and one (1) 7-Eleven Gift certificate worth P1,000 to 150 lucky winners.

OFFICIAL RULES:
• Promo Period: September 22 to October 12, 2010
• There will be 150 winners.
• Prizes in place of the concert ticket are: one (1) CD of Taylor Swift’s upcoming album, “Speak Now” and one (1) 7-Eleven Gift certificate worth P1,000.

• For every purchase of a 473 ml (22 oz.) or 975 ml (32 oz.) Slurpee, a promo coupon will be printed on the receipt.
• The coupon will have both a TX and VX code. Each pair of TX and VX codes equals one (1) entry.
• Register at 7-Eleven Philippines Facebook page at www.facebook.com/711philippines.

6. Contact Numbers
7. Email
8. Month and Year of Birth
• Deadline of submission of entries is on October 12, 2010.
• Please keep coupons as proof of purchase.
• Drawing of all winners will be done at Philippine Seven Corporation 7th Floor, the Columbia Tower Building, in the presence of 7-Eleven marketing and DTI representatives on Oct. 14, 2010
• A customer can only win once.
• Winners will be informed through phone call and registered mail.
• Winners within Metro Manila are requested to go to 7-Eleven head office to claim their chosen prize.
• Provincial winners can claim their chosen prize at the 7-Eleven store nearest them.
• Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
• Prizes can be claimed on or before October 21, 2010. Claiming period to be extended. Please stand by for more details soon.
• Winner should present at least two (2) valid IDs together with the received registered mail and winning coupons with the TX and VX numbers.
• Employees and franchisees of Philippine Seven Corporation, its agencies, suppliers, subsidiaries, contractors and stores including their relatives up to second degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from joining this promo.
